Process description of automatic packaging line for streptomycin premix:
Material self storage bin (with high and low limits inside) → screw conveyor → packaging machine temporary storage bin (with sensors inside) → manual bag loading → material placement → bag shaking and bag opening cleaning → exhaust → inner bag heat sealing, outer bag sewing and folding → re weighing (including removal) → manual stacking. The dust emitted during the packaging process of materials is filtered and dedusted before being discharged. This production line adopts PLC control system, human-machine interface, simple operation, safe and reliable.
