1、 Process

2、 Specify functions, processes, and configurations
1. Designated functions:
(1) Various materials such as magnesium, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, etc. are manually mixed according to the weight specified in the formula, automatically mixed evenly, and automatically measured, filled, and packaged according to the specification of 5-25Kg/bag.
(2) The raw materials are transported to the platform and manually unpacked, measured, and directly poured into the mixer.
(3) Due to the presence of crystalline water in some materials, they are prone to moisture absorption and liquefaction at high temperatures. (1) Feeding and bagging station
On the feeding platform, materials are manually fed into the feeding port, which is equipped with a feeding port, a dust collector interface on the top of the warehouse, an anti dust bag opening station, and a dust removal system.
working principle
1.1 The powdered raw materials in bags are manually moved to the feeding port, the feeding port movable door is opened, the bag opening station fan is started, and the suction and dust collection are started or other conveying devices are used to feed the materials from the feeding port into the raw material storage bin. The suspended dust is adsorbed on the filter bag, and as time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag. The resistance of the filter bag increases and the passability decreases. At this time, the PLC control system starts the pulse valve according to the thickness of the material on the filter bag, triggers the opening in sequence, and the compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed through the pulse valve to each hole of the spray pipe, and then sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the Venturi tube; The filter bag rapidly expands under the reverse action of the airflow, causing the material dust accumulated on the filter bag to fall off, regenerating the filter bag, and the cleaned material to fall into the lower box. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically removed by pulse blowing, ensuring good passability of the filter bag and continuous operation of the dust removal system.
1.2 Adding a pulse dust removal system to the powder feeding port can solve the problem of dust flying and environmental pollution caused by powder feeding, ensuring a good working environment.
The equipment composition of the bag opening station includes: feeding port, discharging port, fan suction system, bag filter, pulse blowback system, electrical control system, etc.
