Description :

　　The Chuxiong premix bagging automatic packaging machine XYSL-600 fully automatic sewing and packaging unit is a model specially developed by our company to address the problems of labor difficulties, high labor costs, and unstable packaging quality caused by individual differences in operators in the packaging process of the feed industry. The unit adopts Siemens PLC control system, which can achieve automation in manual bagging, weighing, automatic labeling, bag mouth sewing and other processes. The production capacity is approximately 550-650 packages per hour.

　　(1) XYSL-600 unit's requirements for packaging bags:

　　A straight bag, bag width 600mm -650mm; Bag length 1000mm -1060mm

　　Pre sew the inner bag opening and outer bag opening; If the bottom of the inner bag can be sewn together with the outer bag, it would be even better

　　The distance between the closed bag opening and the bag opening of material C should not be less than 200mm (cannot be filled too full for subsequent sealing)

The labels and empty bags of this unit need to be manually placed. The tag library can hold about 400 tags at a time; The storage capacity of the empty bag warehouse is about 300 bags per warehouse. The tag library has a "depletion alarm" function to remind workers to replenish in a timely manner, ensuring the continuity of production.

　　(2) This unit adopts Omron photoelectric system to monitor several important links.

　　A 、 Tag error monitoring: If the tag action is not implemented according to the standard, the error signal will be automatically transmitted to the packaging scale, which will stop working and emit an alarm sound. After the alarm is eliminated, it will continue to work.

　　B、 Missewn package monitoring: When there are situations such as labels not being in place, broken wires, or foreign object interference during the sewing process, the system will promptly sound an alarm; When there is a broken thread or when the thread is used up during the sewing process, it automatically detects and sends a signal to the bagging machine to stop, avoiding the phenomenon of not sewing the bag.
