2、 Specify functions, processes, and configurations
1. Designated functions:
(1) Various materials such as magnesium, magnesium, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium, potassium chloride, etc. are manually mixed according to the weight specified in the formula, and then automatically measured, filled, and packaged by a screw elevator according to the specifications of 200-1000 grams per bag. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is individually packaged and equipped with one lifting machine and one ten head combination weighing machine. The packaging machines are interchangeable.
(2) The raw materials are manually unpacked and measured on the ground, and directly poured into the elevator.
(3) Due to the presence of crystalline water in some materials, they are prone to moisture absorption and liquefaction at high temperatures. Therefore, it is required to have fast batching and mixing speeds, and to reduce the contact time between materials and air during the production process to prevent moisture absorption and re emergence.
(4) The process flow design, equipment structure design, and material selection of the production line meet the requirements of anti-corrosion, and the equipment can be easily cleaned. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

The silo has a capacity of 2 cubic meters, including a vibration arch breaking device, a lifting screw 219, and an increased feeding speed.

The horizontal double screw belt mixer consists of a motor reducer, a mixer cover, a mixer cylinder, a double screw belt mixing mechanism, a discharge mechanism, and a mixer discharge port.
1. The material is fed into the mixer, and the main control system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally to ensure uniform mixing.
2. The total volume of the mixer is 2m3, calculated based on a material bulk density of 0.6t/m3, with 1200Kg of mixed material per batch.
3. Double screw belt mixing mechanism, uniquely designed, allows for three-dimensional composite movement of materials in left, right, up, and down directions, enabling rapid and uniform mixing.
⑴ Especially suitable for mixing viscous materials, by forcibly shearing, materials that are prone to adsorption and agglomeration can be rubbed open;

4. The mixer cylinder has good rigidity and is directly installed on the platform through a shock-absorbing device.

6. The discharge port of the mixer is connected to the feeding port of the packaging machine silo through a discharge interface, designed for moisture-proof sealing.
7. Independent electrical control box, manually controlling various actions such as mixing start, opening of discharge door, mixing stop, and closing of material door.
8. All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel.
(3) Transfer material bin with 2 sets of spiral lifting
Unload the mixed materials into a 1.2m3 transition bin. The storage bin of the packaging machine includes: bin body, bin cover, and forced discharge device on the bin wall.
1. The silo has a capacity of 2m3 and is made of 304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 3mm.
2. The material silo and the discharge port of the mixer are connected by soft connections and designed for moisture-proof sealing.
3. Side wall forced feeding device, which forcefully vibrates the material adhered to the side wall for feeding.
4. Spiral lifting, all made of 304 stainless steel structure, evenly feeding the measuring machine, with material level control in the silo.
