On the feeding platform, materials are manually fed into the feeding port, which is equipped with a feeding port, a dust collector interface on the top of the warehouse, an anti dust bag opening station, and a dust removal system. Ensure no dust spills out.
working principle
1.1 The powdered raw materials in bags are manually moved to the feeding port, and the feeding port movable door is opened. The bag opening station fan (Shandong Luotai's motor) is started, and the suction and dust collection are started or other conveying devices are used to feed the materials from the feeding port into the raw material storage bin. The suspended dust is sucked onto the filter bag (stainless steel filter screen), and over time, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag. The resistance of the filter bag increases, and the passability decreases. At this time, the PLC control system (PLC brand Schneider) starts the pulse valve according to the thickness of the material on the filter bag, triggering the opening in sequence. The compressed air in the air bag instantly passes through the pulse valve to the various holes of the spray pipe and is sprayed out. Spray the scripture tube into each corresponding filter bag; The filter bag rapidly expands under the reverse action of the airflow, causing the material dust accumulated on the filter bag to fall off, regenerating the filter bag, and the cleaned material to fall into the lower box. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically removed by pulse blowing, ensuring good passability of the filter bag and continuous operation of the dust removal system.
1.2 Adding a pulse dust removal system to the powder feeding port can solve the problem of dust flying and environmental pollution caused by powder feeding, ensuring a good working environment.
The equipment composition of the bag opening station includes: feeding port, discharging port, fan suction system, bag filter, pulse blowback system, electrical control system, etc. The contact part between the bag opening station equipment and the material should be made of 304 stainless steel
(3) Storage bin (lined with PVC board to achieve no material adhesion effect on the side wall)

(4) 1 set of material mixing system
The gravity free mixer used in the material mixing system is 2.0m3, consisting of a horizontal dual axis blade agitator, including necessary accessories such as a motor reducer, a mixer inlet, a mixer cylinder, a blade mixing mechanism, a discharge mechanism, a mixer outlet, and a stainless steel structure.
1. The material is fed into the mixer, and the main control system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally, ensuring uniform mixing within the designed production capacity range.
2. The total volume of the mixer is 2.0m3, calculated based on a material density of 0.7t/m3, with 1000Kg of mixed material per batch.
3. The blade mixing mechanism has a unique design, allowing for three-dimensional composite movement of materials from left to right, up to and down, enabling rapid and uniform mixing.
