　　1、 Vacuum feeding machine

　　1. Made entirely of stainless steel, with a beautiful appearance and fully enclosed conveying. It has no dust leakage and high filtration accuracy. It is equipped with an automatic blowback system for sizes less than 0.2 microns, and can be easily disassembled without vibration or noise. The channel has no residual materials and meets GMP standards.

　　Note:

　　Inspection 1: Check if there are packaging bags on the machine. If there are no bags, there will be no coding or filling, which can avoid waste of raw materials

　　Inspection 2: Check the opening of the packaging bag. If the bag opening is not opened, the feeder will not add any material.

　　Inspection 3: Check if there is any material added to the packaging bag. If there is no material added, it will not be heat sealed to avoid waste of the packaging bag.

　　Inspection 4: Check the material storage situation of the feeder. When the material storage of the feeder is low, the screw elevator will replenish the material. When the feeder is full, the feeding of the elevator will automatically stop.

　　Inspection 5: Check if the finished product is adhered to the machine. If adhesion occurs, the machine will automatically sound an alarm.

The machine is equipped with an automatic detection device as standard, which can detect air pressure, temperature controller faults, bag placement on the machine, and whether the packaging bag opening is open. It can determine the machine status, control whether the machine is coding, whether the filling device is filling, and whether the heat sealing device is sealing, thereby avoiding waste of packaging materials and raw materials and greatly saving costs.
