      1、 Composition, Main Functions, and Performance of XYPF-15D-6BT Production Line Equipment

      (1) 1 set of automatic batching device

      Function: Automatically complete the batching of five types of raw materials according to the specified weight ratio. The equipment composition includes: 5 raw material warehouses, 1 set of warehouse height partitions, 5 sets of automatic feeding devices, 1 weighing hopper, 4 sets of weighing sensors and their suspension systems, 1 set of weighing system support frame, 1 set of weighing hopper door opening and closing mechanism, 1 set of electrical control box and electrical control system.

      1. There are 6 raw material warehouses with a capacity of 0.7m3. They are made of 304 stainless steel and have a thickness of 2mm

      2. Add one set of elevated partitions to the warehouse. Six compartments with raised partitions to prevent material spillage during dumping, and to increase the capacity of the storage compartments.

      3. Six sets of automatic feeding devices. Stainless steel structure; Multi stroke cylinder, pneumatic switch material door; Contains two levels of feeding methods: fast addition and slow addition.

      4. One weighing bucket with a capacity of 0.8m3. Made of 304 stainless steel and with a thickness of 2mm

      6. One set of supporting beams for the weighing system, connected to the weighing suspension system, supporting the weighing hopper.

      ⑴ The electric control box is sealed to prevent moisture and dust. It is usually integrated with the main control cabinet.

      The batching system completes the batching of each material in sequence according to the set order and weight. First, open bin 1 and add material to the weighing hopper. Start feeding with large material, and when the weight of material 1 approaches the set value, it will automatically switch to fine feeding. When the weight reaches the target value, close bin 1; Next, open bin 2 and add material to the weighing hopper, starting with large feeding. When the weight of material 2 approaches the set value, it automatically changes to fine feeding. When the weight reaches the target value, close bin 2; According to the same principle, complete the batching of materials 3 and 4.5.6 in sequence Five types of material ingredients are completed, and a discharge signal is obtained from the main control system. The weighing hopper opening and closing mechanism is activated to open the material door for discharge; The material is discharged completely, the material door is automatically closed, and the next batching process begins.

      ⑶ There is a manual/automatic working mode selection, which is convenient for equipment debugging and cleaning. Each storage bin and weighing hopper has a manual button that can be opened and closed in manual mode.

      ⑷ Safety design. The weighing hopper material door is equipped with a detection device, and the next batch of ingredients will only begin after confirming that the material door is completely closed.

      (2) 1 set of fertilizer mixing device

      Including: 1 single bucket reciprocating elevator. The hopper has a capacity of 0.7m3 and is equipped with bidirectional rollers. The lifting track is made of channel steel. The power is a steel wire rope hoisting device installed in the middle of the hoist; The support frame is welded with channel steel, which is sturdy and thick.

      2. One fertilizer mixer and a feeding port. The prepared fertilizer is automatically unloaded into the mixer, and the overall control system automatically controls the mixing and discharging process. The length of the mixing and discharging time can be digitally set to ensure uniform mixing. There is a manual/automatic working mode selection, which facilitates equipment debugging and cleaning. The thickness of the cylinder is 6mm, and the thickness of the feeding port is 4mm

      (3) Automatic quantitative packaging equipment

      Function: The mixed fertilizer is automatically lifted to the packaging machine bin, and the packaging scale fills the material into the packaging bag according to the set weight. It is then transported to the sewing machine station by the conveyor for automatic sewing, completing the quantitative packaging process. Equipment configuration: 1 set of silo and its support frame, 1 set of maintenance platform, 1 DCS-50KD quantitative packaging scale, 1 roller conveyor, and 1 automatic sewing device.

      1. One set of silo and its supporting frame. The support frame is welded with square steel pipes, which are firm and thick.

      2. One set of maintenance platform. Including platforms, guardrails, escalators, platform supports are welded with square steel pipes, sturdy and thick, and the tabletop is covered with anti slip patterned boards.

      3. DCS-50KD Quantitative Packaging Scale

      All parts of the packaging scale that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, and the box and support frame are made of carbon steel sprayed with plastic.

      ⑵ Automatic feeding device, divided into three levels, including fast addition, medium addition, slow addition, and stainless steel.

      ⑶ Electronic weighing device, imported sensor detection, digital setting and weight display, fast measurement speed, high accuracy.

      ⑷ Pneumatic bag clamping device, manual bagging, pneumatic bag clamping, automatic bag dropping.

      The forced packaging function in manual mode can be manually operated to complete the packaging process without interruption in production when the automatic control program of the packaging scale fails.

      5. One roller conveyor belt

      ⑴ Length of 4m, including the bagging station and the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant conveyor belt.

      ⑵ Mechanical continuously variable transmission, the main beam is made of channel steel structure, and the guardrail is made of stainless steel, which is sturdy and thick.

      ⑶ Continuous roller structure, no material accumulation or slipping under the conveyor belt, easy to clean.

      ⑷ There is a "forward/backward" selection switch, and bags that are not sewn well can be returned for re sewing.

      5. Automatic sewing device

      The bracket is made of carbon steel sprayed with plastic, equipped with an independent electrical control box, including power switches for the belt conveyor and automatic sewing device, working status selection and display, motor short circuit and overload protection.

      (4) Fully automatic PLC automatic control system

      Realize the automation of the entire ingredient packaging line to ensure its continuous, efficient, and stable operation. The main control cabinet is sealed to prevent water and dust. The control functions include:
