When a bottle enters the capping station, the capping system automatically places and grabs the cap. When the bottle enters the workstation, the robotic arm that holds the lid also reaches the bottle mouth for screwing. During the capping process, the clutch of the robotic arm can be adjusted based on the tightness of the threads on the cap and bottle mouth to achieve the desired effect of the cap being screwed onto the bottle mouth. When the bottle arrives at the capping station to be dispensed, the robotic arm will automatically release and raise the height, allowing the already capped bottle to smoothly exit the capping machine through the bottle shifting star wheel. There will be no damage to the bottle and cap during the entire capping process.
