The fully automatic water-soluble fertilizer production line integrates urea crushing, batching, mixing, packaging, and dust removal. It automatically mixes various powdered or crystalline materials (including trace elements) according to the formula requirements, and automatically measures, fills, and packages them according to the specifications of 5-50kg/bag. Large packaging can use prefabricated plastic bags for automatic heat sealing, while 1-5kg small packaging can use an automatic coil fully automatic packaging machine. The packaging methods are flexible and diverse, and the equipment structure design is reasonable. This process has a high degree of automation, compact structure, small footprint, low power consumption, simple operation, easy maintenance, and reduces investment costs.
