　　The DCS-50K series electronic quantitative scale is a high-tech product that integrates mechanics and electronics. It is suitable for automatic measurement of granular and flaky loose materials in industries such as grain, feed, fertilizer, and chemical. It is usually used in semi-automatic packaging lines with packaging specifications ranging from 5 to 50kg.

　　The DCS-50K quantitative scale is equipped with a belt conveyor and a sewing device, commonly used for packaging large doses of 5-50kg. It uses plastic woven bags, manual bagging, automatic bag clamping, measuring, filling, bagging, and conveying, and manual assistance to enter the sewing station for automatic sewing, completing the semi-automatic packaging process.

　　Automatic control process: In automatic mode, after manual bagging, lightly touch the micro switch, the bag clamping cylinder will act, tightly hold the packaging bag, the discharge door will automatically close, and the automatic peeling and zeroing will occur; The feeding mechanism continuously feeds the measuring hopper at three flow rates: fast, medium, and slow. The pressure sensor converts the weight of the material entering the measuring hopper into corresponding electrical signals, which are sent to the instrument for data processing. The panel display screen shows the changes in the weight value of the material and the action process. When the set target weight is reached, the feeding process is completed and the weighing signal indicator light is on; After the feeding cylinder is closed, the discharge cylinder at the bottom of the measuring hopper moves, the discharge door opens, and the material is filled into the packaging bag by its own weight. After the discharge is completed, the discharge door closes and the bag clamping mechanism automatically opens to unload the package, ending one working cycle. The control instrument automatically enters the next working cycle.
