(1) Eight types of materials with powder will be automatically mixed according to the weight ratio specified in the formula, and then automatically measured, filled, and packaged according to the 50Kg/bag specification.
(2) The raw material package is placed on the platform and manually unpacked and directly poured into the material bin.
(3) Because some materials are prone to moisture absorption and liquefaction at high temperatures, it is required to have fast batching and mixing speeds, and to reduce the contact time between materials and air during the production process to prevent moisture absorption and regain.
