(1) Scope of Supply
1. Scope of Supply:
6 buffer silos (including top dust collectors and bag opening stations), 2 static batching scales, 6 discharge spirals, 1 mixer, 3 buffer silos, and 1 set of pneumatic conveying equipment. One premix mixer is equipped with a manual feeding buffer bin at the feed inlet, and the top elevation of the manual feeding buffer bin is consistent with the elevation of other silos.
2. The design, manufacturing, and installation of ingredient and blending systems, including platforms, supports, etc. Process flow diagram, operating procedures, electrical and instrumentation control diagram.
3. The design of a chain control system, including the discharge of buffer silos, the feeding and discharging of static scales, the feeding and discharging of mixers, and the design of electrical and instrument chain control systems required for automatic batching and mixing.
4. Scope of Supply for Warehouse Top Dust Collector: Electromagnetic pulse dust collector is used. The gas is filtered by the dust collector to remove material particles, which are then returned to the silo for reuse.

1. The material is fed into the mixer, and the main control system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally to ensure uniform mixing.

3. The spiral belt mixing mechanism has a unique design, allowing for three-dimensional composite movement of materials in left, right, up, and down directions, enabling rapid and uniform mixing.
