1. One DCS-50FW/T-BP quantitative packaging machine.
Except for the box body and support frame, which are coated with carbon steel, all other components of the packaging machine are made of stainless steel, including the automatic feeding device, electronic weighing device, pneumatic bag clamping device, and all metal parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel.
When the twin-screw feeding system is working, the feeding motor drives the twin-screw to rotate for feeding, with fast and slow feeding stages. Twin screw drive belt with two sets of electromagnetic clutch brakes ensures accurate feeding.
The main motor is variable frequency speed regulation, which facilitates better matching of speed and accuracy control.
