When the bag feeding cylinder transports the woven bag to the bag clamping station, the magnetic switch attached to the bag feeding cylinder detects that the cylinder has completed its stroke and sends a bag feeding completion signal. At the same time, the PLC sends a signal to start opening the bag, and the bag opening cylinder acts to clamp the bag with the suction cups on both sides. The vacuum electromagnetic valve opens to start vacuuming, and then the suction cups pull the bag apart. When the bag is pulled apart a certain distance, the upper and lower cylinders of the clamp plate move, driving the clamping cylinder to move downwards. When it is in place, the clamping cylinder moves, driving the clamping plate to press the bag openings on both sides of the bag onto the clamping plate, thereby clamping the bag.
During the cyclic operation of the device, according to the pre-set action sequence of the control program, once the bag taking action is executed, the PLC outputs a control signal to control the solenoid valve action, causing the bag taking cylinder to drive the suction cup and clamp plate to move downwards together. When the suction cup moves downwards for a certain distance, the vacuum electromagnetic valve of the suction cup opens and begins to vacuum. When the suction cup contacts the surface of the woven bag, a certain degree of vacuum is quickly formed. When the set vacuum degree is reached, the vacuum pressure switch outputs a signal to the PLC. At this time, the PLC controls the solenoid valve action of the bag taking cylinder, and the bag taking cylinder moves upwards with the sucked woven bag. During the movement, the clamp plate action makes the woven bag well clamped. When the bag taking cylinder returns to its position, it is detected by the magnetic switch and sends a signal. The PLC issues a bag feeding command, and the bag feeding cylinder operates to send the woven bag into the bag clamping mechanism station. Equipped with a detection function, if the bagging fails, the bag will be retrieved again.
