　　B. Roller conveyor line

　　1. Function: Automatically complete empty box detection, empty box conveying (including steering conveying), empty box positioning, solid box conveying (including steering conveying), positioning vibration compaction, and automatic box sealing.

　　C、 Automatic packing machine

　　1. Function: Automatically complete the automatic conveying, feeding, counting, arranging, and filling of material packages.

　　2. Working principle: The material is first transported to the high-speed running telescopic belt. When the photoelectric detection detects the material, the automatic packaging mechanism sends the material package to the first level temporary storage mechanism according to the set arrangement. After reaching the set quantity, the first level temporary storage door opens and the material falls onto the second level temporary storage mechanism. According to the arrangement requirements, the swinging cylinder works to make the materials fall into the cardboard box, forming different arrangement forms. After the cardboard box is filled, it is transported to the compaction mechanism. The compaction mechanism compresses and solidifies the loose materials inside the box. When the cardboard box reaches the end of the conveyor, the cardboard box direction changing mechanism sends the cardboard box to the weight sorting machine.

　　D、 Automatic folding and sealing machine

　　1. Function: Automatic folding lid, automatic sealing lid.

　　(1) The width and height can be easily adjusted manually according to the specifications of the cardboard box.

　　(2) Ready to use adhesive tape can be used, which is easy to adjust, economical and fast, and the sealing effect is smooth, standardized, and beautiful.

　　E. Weight sorting machine (including removal machine)

　　1. Function: Automatically complete online weight detection of packaging boxes, automatically discharge packages with unqualified weight, and require continuous and stable operation. The discharge method is a roller conveyor flat push type.

　　F、 Electrical control system: Automatically controls the operation of the entire packing unit to ensure stable operation while meeting the packing speed and qualification rate.

　　（2） Automatic palletizing system

　　1. Material box turning conveyor: According to the requirements of logistics transportation, the material box is turned and sent to the power roller conveyor.

　　2. Power roller conveyor for material boxes: Transport the material boxes to the working station of the palletizing robot. This production line is the buyer's test sample line, and the length of the material box conveyor is tentatively set at 6 meters after consultation with the buyer.

　　3. Pallet transportation: After consultation with the buyer, this line is tentatively scheduled to use manual pallet placement.
