      Compared to solid water-soluble fertilizers, liquid water-soluble fertilizers have inherent characteristics such as easy formula adjustment, fast dissolution rate, convenient use, and nutrient utilization, making them an ideal choice for irrigation systems.

      In order to significantly increase the nutrient content of liquid water-soluble fertilizers, various fertilizer raw materials are fully utilized. From low-end clear liquid fertilizers to fluid fertilizers, suspended fertilizers, and highly concentrated suspended fluid fertilizers, the content of effective ingredients added is increasing, and the effect is getting better and better.

    Working process of liquid water-soluble fertilizer equipment

      1. Firstly, the original solution needs to be filtered to remove impurities and achieve * * purity.

      2. According to the recipe set by the system, the ingredients will be automatically added to the ingredient warehouse.

      3. After the ingredients are completed, the next step is to enter the reaction kettle for reaction. The proportioned raw materials are heated and stirred through the reaction kettle to form the liquid water-soluble fertilizer we need.

      4. After the mixing is completed, the liquid water-soluble fertilizer in the reaction kettle needs to be emulsified in order to achieve the effect of uniform liquid without particles or precipitation.

      5. Store the processed liquid water-soluble fertilizer in the finished product tank for temporary storage.

      6. Filling liquid water-soluble fertilizers can be done on two production lines: large barrel filling and small bottle filling. The specific type of filling can be selected according to the needs.

      The automated production line equipment for liquid water-soluble fertilizers mainly consists of a batching chelation system, a conveying, filtering, and temporary storage system, and a finished product filling and palletizing system

      Ingredient chelation system

      1. Ingredient system

      ① This system adopts a dust-free feeding design and can feed multiple raw materials simultaneously.

      ② Raw material crushing, fragmentation, and pre mixing of trace elements.

      ③ The system automatically prepares ingredients according to the set formula.

      ④ The scraper conveyor will prepare powder raw materials and feed them into each reaction kettle separately. The liquid raw materials will be transported by a pump and measured by a flow meter before entering the reaction kettle.

      Chelation system

      ① The reaction kettle has functions such as heating, stirring, shearing, and dispersion.

      ② The chelation time and temperature can be set according to requirements.

      ③ The device contains temperature display and liquid level display.

      ④ Heating methods: electric heating, steam heating, and circulating hot water heating, etc

      Transport filtration temporary storage system

      1. Transportation of liquid raw materials and finished products.

      2. Filter impurities from insoluble solid raw materials.

      3. After filtration, the finished product is stored and ready for filling and use.

      Bottled production line

      1. The production line is suitable for fluid metering and filling, automatically completing a series of operations such as bottle feeding, positioning, filling, bottle discharging, capping, aluminum foil sealing, labeling, coding, packing, and palletizing.

      2. This machine adopts a PLC automatic control system and a touch screen for operation and control, making it convenient to adjust parameters.

      3. The submersible filling method can effectively reduce the production of foam and meet the filling of materials with different characteristics.

      4. The whole machine is made of * * 304/316 stainless steel material, and special materials are used at the contact points of strong acid and alkali materials.
