      The water intake pump ship is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving pump sets designed and produced in accordance with the "Classification and Construction Specification for Steel Inland River Ships". Can transport clean water or wastewater containing fine particles. The storage ship is a single deck, single bottom, horizontal sliding frame electric welding pump ship, divided into single compartment and multi compartment types. The water pump is selected and designed according to the actual working conditions. The storage ship pump station is equipped with an automatic water filling system, an automatic vacuum pumping system, as well as life-saving and fire-fighting facilities. It also has the function of automatic alarm and automatic drainage for water entering the cabin. This type of pump station is suitable for water extraction in Rivers and Lakes, tailing mine drainage, and various environmental mobile drainage.       The bottom of this ship consists of three compartments, with the first and last compartments being anchor chain compartments and the middle compartment being an empty compartment.

      The main deck of this ship is equipped with 2 manual anchor windmills of diameter 13, 2 chain cutters, 2 roller cable guides, 2 sets of 150kgC Hall anchors, 2 unshielded welded anchor chains of diameter 13 (each measuring 55 meters), and 2 anchor chain tubes.

      There are 2 sets of water pump units in the middle of the main deck, 3 hatch covers for the lower cabin, and 3 flat steel ladders for the upper and lower cabins.

      1. The main structure of this ship is designed in accordance with the requirements of the "Classification and Construction Code for Steel Inland Waterway Ships" (2009) for ships navigating in Class B navigation areas.

      VI Whole ship outfitting, fire and rescue equipment

      1. Mooring equipment

      This ship is fixed by setting up ground oxen on the shore near the riverbank and using ropes to secure the ship, while two anchors are thrown to secure the ship on the middle side near the river.

      This ship is equipped with 2 sets of vertical manual anchor machines with a diameter of 13, 2 sets of C150kg Hall anchors, and 2 sets of unshielded welding anchor chains with a diameter of 13, each with a length of 30m. Each anchor chain is assembled according to the matching standards.

      2. Mooring equipment

      This ship is equipped with four A125 cable piles.

      Equip one 25m long steel wire rope with a diameter of 11 and one 25m long steel wire rope with a diameter of 15 for temporary cable tying.

      3. Lifesaving and firefighting equipment

      7、 Painting and Dressing

      Painting: Construction shall be carried out according to the paint list of the entire ship.

      8Tightness test

      Each compartment of the main body undergoes oil tightness testing. (Watering test can also be used)

      9、 The pump ship adopts a single-stage, double suction, horizontal open centrifugal clean water pump. The pump is installed horizontally, with the suction and discharge ports located below the centerline of the pump shaft, perpendicular to the pump axis. The pump body and the pump split surface are located on the pump axis. During maintenance, the rotor components can be removed without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines or removing the pump cover. The shaft seal is a packing seal. The rotation direction of the water pump is one forward and one reverse (when viewed from the motor end towards the water pump), as indicated by the arrow on the water pump. The material of the water pump is gray cast iron, the shaft is 45 # steel, and the bearings are lubricated with grease.

      10、 The pump ship adopts the structure and installation type of IMB3 motor (horizontal with feet, end cover without flange). The machine base and end cover are made of high-strength cast iron, the squirrel cage rotor is made of cast aluminum rotor, and the wound rotor is made of F-grade insulation material, which is treated with vacuum pressure impregnation F-grade solvent-free paint (VPI). The protection level is IP55, and the power frequency is 50Nz. The bearings are rolling bearings.

      Eleven Balance the school team

      The pump ship balances the hull by pouring cement inside the cabin or hanging heavy objects on the side of the ship, keeping the hull basically consistent with the horizontal plane.

      Twelve Pump ship warning

      The pump ship is equipped with LED warning lights on the top of the ship to prevent being hit by other objects at night due to visual issues.

      Thirteen Emergency drainage

      The pump ship is equipped with one emergency drainage pump in each of the three compartments. If any compartment is flooded, the equipment can be activated to discharge water outward, preventing the pump ship from overturning due to water ingress into the compartment.
