      Structural type of R-type hot water circulation pump

      The pump is a single-stage single suction and two-stage single suction cantilever type, sealed with floating rings, and the bearings are rolling bearings and ball bearings, lubricated with thin oil. The rotation direction of the R-type hot water circulation pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end.

       Structure description:

      1. The R-type hot water circulation pump is a single-stage, single suction cantilever type, with horizontal axial suction and vertical upward discharge, as shown in the structural diagram.

      2. The radial part of the shell is particularly suitable for transporting high temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive liquids, and its installation method is the horizontal center support of the pump body.

      3. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are cast on the pump body, while the shaft seal chamber and pump cover are integrated, with a water-cooled chamber jacket on the outside.

      4. The bearing suspension body is cast with a large oil pool for bearing lubrication, and is equipped with a set of radial cylindrical bearings and a pair of back-to-back thrust ball bearings, which can withstand radial and axial forces.

      Installation of R-type hot water circulation pump

      1. After opening the box, check the pump and motor. If it is confirmed that there is no damage or loose fastening connections caused during installation, unloading, and transportation, the inlet and outlet covers of the pump are intact, and no dirt has entered the pump, it can be directly sent to the installation site.

      2. The foundation plane for installing the pump should be leveled with a spirit level. After the foundation cement solidifies, the pump should be installed on the foundation and the base should be calibrated with a spirit level. The concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft should be strictly checked, and the allowable deviation of the outer circle of the coupling should be 0.1 millimeters. The difference in clearance between the end faces of the two couplings should not exceed 0.3 millimeters.

      3. The suction and discharge pipelines of the pump should be supported, and the weight of the pipelines should not be directly borne by the pump. Check whether the sealing at the interfaces of the pipelines, instruments, etc. is good.

      The use of R-type hot water circulation pump

      1. Start up

      1) Prepare necessary tools

      2) Check the oil level in the suspension oil storage chamber, which should be controlled at a position about 2 millimeters from the centerline of the oil level gauge.

      3) Check if the direction of rotation of the motor matches the direction of rotation of the pump, and do not reverse it.

      4) When rotating the coupling by hand, it should feel easy and evenly weighted, and pay attention to identifying whether there are friction sounds and foreign object rolling noises inside the pump. If there are, try to eliminate them.

      5) Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of the discharge pipeline, exhaust the air inside the pump, and fill the pump and suction pipe with liquid.

      6) When the temperature of the conveyed liquid is higher than 80 ℃, the pump should be uniformly preheated by injecting the high-temperature conveyed liquid into the pump body, opening the cold water pipes and sealing chamber leakage control plugs at various locations, and checking their flow and temperature.

      7) Start the motor (jog first to confirm that the pump rotates in the correct direction before officially running), open the inlet and outlet pressure gauges, slowly open the outlet pipeline gate valve to the desired position, and jump the sealing chamber leakage control plug to the appropriate position.

      2. Operation

      1) Regularly check the temperature rise of the pump and motor. The temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.

      2) Pay attention to the changes in the oil level in the suspension body oil storage chamber, and regularly control it within the specified range. In order to maintain the cleanliness and good lubrication of the oil, new oil should be replaced regularly according to the actual situation of on-site use.

      3) Pay attention to the leakage at the packing gland, and it is advisable to use small drops.

      4) During operation, if abnormal sounds or other malfunctions are detected, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the malfunction is resolved can it continue to operate.

      5) Never allow the use of gate valves on the suction pipeline to regulate flow, in order to avoid steam turbidity.

      3. Parking

      1) Slowly close the road gate valve and stop the motor.

      2) Close the inlet and outlet pressure gauges and drain the liquid from the pump.

      3) After the pump cools down, turn off the cooling pipe switch.

      4) When the pump is not in use for a long time, in addition to draining the liquid inside the pump, it is also necessary to clean the pump thoroughly, especially the sealing chamber. The pump should be disassembled, cleaned, and reinstalled, coated with rust proof oil, and the inlet of the pump should be sealed and properly stored.
