      Scope of application

      The D MD DF DY (P) series horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump (self balancing type) can be used to transport clean water without solid particles, suspended solids, or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It can also be achieved by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the flow components of the pump), sealing form, and adding a cooling system for transporting hot water, oil, corrosive substances, etc. The pump allows an inlet pressure not exceeding 0.6Mpa.

      D (P) type: Used for conveying clean water or physically and chemically similar liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature below 80 ° C. Suitable for use in mines, factories, and urban water supply and drainage engineering.

      MD (P) type: used for conveying neutral mine water and similar other media with solid particle content ≤ 1.5%, particle size ≤ 0.5mm, temperature ≤ 80C ° C.

      DF (P) type: used for conveying corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature range of -20 ° C to 105C ° C. The allowable pressure at the pump inlet is less than 0.6Mpa. Users can choose the material and sealing form of the pump reasonably based on the name, concentration, specific gravity, operating temperature, and inlet pressure of the conveying medium.

The inlet section, middle section, outlet section, and secondary inlet section of the pump are connected together by tightening bolts. The required pump head can be determined by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages.

      The main components of a water pump include the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, positive guide vanes, reverse guide vanes, positive impeller, reverse impeller, shaft, throttling and pressure reducing device, sleeve, bearing body, transition pipe, etc.

      The rotor consists of a positive impeller, a throttling and pressure reducing device, a counter impeller, a shaft sleeve, a bearing sleeve, and other components mounted on the shaft. The bearings adopt a fixed one stroke dry oil lubrication structure, and the driving end adopts cylindrical roller bearings, while the driven end adopts angular contact ball bearings.

      The working chamber of the pump consists of an inlet section, a middle section, an outlet section, a secondary inlet section, a positive guide vane, a negative guide vane, a transition pipe, etc.

      The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section of the pump are sealed with O-ring sealant. A sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. are installed between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. When the wear of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, they should be replaced in a timely manner.

      There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. When the pump adopts packing sealing, the position of the packing ring should be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, so that the liquid can leak out drop by drop. Various sealing components of the pump are installed in the sealing chamber, and a certain pressure of water is introduced into the chamber to provide water sealing, cooling, or lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the spare shaft.

      This series of pumps is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the perspective of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
