The DG type pump series is a horizontal single suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump that can be used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is used for medium and low pressure boiler feed pumps and is also suitable for high-pressure water supply and drainage in factories or cities. Structural features:
The inlet and outlet of the DG type pump are both vertically upward, and the pump casing parts such as the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, and bearing body are connected together by tightening bolts. The sealing surfaces between the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section of the pump are lubricated with molybdenum disulfide for sealing. A sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. are installed between the rotor and the fixed part for sealing. When the wear of the sealing ring and guide vane sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump, they should be replaced.
There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. When the pump adopts packing sealing, the position of the packing ring should be placed correctly, and the tightness of the packing must be appropriate, so that the liquid can leak out drop by drop. The various sealing components of the pump are installed inside the sealing box, and a certain pressure of water should be introduced into the box to provide water sealing, cold water or water lubrication. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
Sub high pressure pumps generally use sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication structures. DG85-67 DG155-67 pumps can use sliding bearings and thin oil lubrication, as well as rolling bearings and dry oil lubrication structures. Other models use rolling bearings and dry oil lubrication structures. The main component materials of medium and low pressure pumps are generally cast iron, while the main components of sub high pressure pumps are cast steel or stainless steel. This series of pumps is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling, and when viewed from the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
