      Structure description:

      The XR type hot water circulation pump is a single suction, single suction cantilever type, with horizontal axial suction and vertical upward discharge.

      2. The radial part of the shell is particularly suitable for transporting high temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive liquids, and its installation method is the horizontal center support of the pump body.

      3. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are cast on the pump body, while the shaft seal chamber and pump cover are integrated, with a water-cooled chamber jacket on the outside.

      4. The bearing suspension body is cast with a large oil pool for bearing lubrication, and is equipped with a set of radial cylindrical bearings and a pair of back-to-back thrust ball bearings, which can withstand radial and axial forces.

      Structural features:

      The R-type hot water circulation pump is mainly composed of a pump body, impeller, shaft, cooling chamber, pump body bracket, suspension, sealing components, sealing ring, etc. The pump inlet is horizontally axial and the outlet is vertically upward. The impeller undergoes static balance verification and is fixed on the shaft with impeller nuts and shaft sleeves. The pump shaft is supported on the suspension by a pair of single row radial thrust ball bearings and a single row radial ball bearing (or single row radial cylindrical roller bearing). The pump body is connected to the cooling chamber and suspension with bolts. The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling, and when viewed from the transmission end, the pump rotates counterclockwise. The sealing of the pump adopts floating sealing ring sealing, or high-temperature packing or mechanical sealing. The axial force of the pump is borne by a single row radial thrust ball bearing. Some pumps use impellers with back blades to balance the axial thrust. The floating ring sealing components and suspension components are both equipped with cooling chambers, and the external cooling water volume is 0.3-6m3/h.
