Fix the testing platform on the eccentric bearing, and when the eccentric bearing rotates, the entire plane of the testing platform will produce elliptical up, down, front, and back movements. Adjusting the eccentric shaft with the rotational speed is equivalent to adjusting the driving speed of a car or ship.

Both standards require equipment that simulates transportation vibrations to have an amplitude of 25.4mm (1 inch, fixed), a frequency of 1.5-5Hz (or 150-300 revolutions per minute adjustable), and a testing basis of T=14200/CPM (based on a total vibration frequency of 14200 times), with the selection of testing speed.
