1. Adopting Bernoulli principle to absorb saline water and then atomize it uniformly. There is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, ensuring continuous operation of the test.
2. The nozzle is made of tempered glass, and the spray amount and spray angle can be adjusted.
3. The amount of spray is 1-2ml/h adjustable (mL/80cm21hr standard requires testing for 16 hours to get the average value). The measuring cylinder is installed in an embedded way, with beautiful and neat appearance, convenient observation and reduced instrument installation space.

3、 Salt spray test
The laboratory simulated salt spray test can be divided into three categories: neutral salt spray test, acetate salt spray test, and copper salt accelerated acetate salt spray test.
(1) Neutral salt spray test (NSS test) is an accelerated corrosion testing method that has been widely used in various fields for a long time. It uses 5% saline solution, and the solution PH value is adjusted in the neutral range (6.5~7.2) as the solution for spray. The experimental temperature is set at 35 ℃, and the settling rate of salt spray is required to be 1-2ml/80cm21hr.
(2) The Acetate Salt Spray Test (ASS Test) was developed based on the Neutral Salt Spray Test. It involves adding some glacial acetic acid to a 5% solution to lower the pH value to around 3, making the solution acidic. The resulting salt spray also changes from neutral to acidic. Its corrosion rate is about three times faster than the NSS test.
(3) The Copper Salt Accelerated Acetate Salt Spray Test (CASS Test) is a recently developed rapid salt spray corrosion test abroad. The test temperature is 50 ℃, and a small amount of copper salt, copper chloride, is added to the salt solution to strongly induce corrosion. Its corrosion rate is approximately 8 times faster than the NSSS test.
