　　1、 Scope of application:

　　3、 Air supply system:

　　1. Forced convection air circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. After use, the hot air is sucked into the air duct as the source for further circulation heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring temperature uniformity inside the box. When the door opening and closing action causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating state temperature value.

　　2. The motor is a long shaft heat-resistant type imported from Taiwan, China, China, with a power of 1HP 50Hz

　　3. The fan is a multi blade turbine type with high strength, and is equipped with an adjustable guide vane inside, making the air flow path run more smoothly.

　　4、 Precautions for use:

　　(1) Used for sample melting, drying, or other heating purposes. The higher working temperature is 300 ℃. The drying oven operates under conditions where the ambient temperature is not greater than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 85%.

　　(2) Use a plug socket and ground it with a wire twice the thickness of the power cord. Before use, check the electrical insulation performance and pay attention to whether there are any open circuits, short circuits, or leakage phenomena.

　　(3) Open the top or bottom exhaust vent to eliminate moisture inside the box.

　　(4) The steel plate of the test sample should not be placed too heavy or too dense, and there must be gaps left. The test sample cannot be placed on the bottom plate of the workshop.

　　(5) Flammable and volatile substances are strictly prohibited from being placed inside the oven to prevent explosions.

　　(6) Turn on the power, the green indicator light will turn on, turn on the blower switch, the blower motor will run, turn on the heating power, and the oven will enter the working state.

　　(7) During work, the box door should not be opened frequently to avoid affecting the temperature inside the box.
