    IP56 Sand and Dust Test DeviceSuitable for testing whether electrical products, casings, and seals can ensure good performance of equipment and components in high dust environments, and can simulate various environments with high dust levels realistically. Dust falls vertically onto the sample instead of laminar flow. The dust is collected through a vibrating funnel and concentrated into a vortex air pump, achieving a top-down circulation of dust blowing.

      According to the standard requirements, this test chamber uses artificial simulation of dust environment to test the dustproof ability of the tested product. The specific requirements and qualification criteria should be in accordance with GB4208-2008 (IEC60529-2001) or relevant product standards

      The dust-proof test chamber is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4208-2008 (equivalent to IEC60529-2001) "Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code)", and is suitable for conducting sand and dust tests on electrical products with characteristic numbers 5 and 6 (IP5 and IP6).
