　　Requirements for the use of heavy-duty gear oil: The power source of high-speed trains comes from the bearings in the gearbox. For high-speed trains with a speed of 300 kilometers per hour, the bearing speed can reach 5590 revolutions per minute. At such high speeds, it is required that the lubricating oil must be able to adsorb onto the bearing surface in order to provide lubrication and cooling. If the oil is thrown away, the temperature of the bearing will rise and the bearing will burn out, which can cause malfunctions and even lead to serious safety accidents.

　　Precautions for heavy-duty gear oil:

　　1. When using, the lubrication system should be cleaned thoroughly. Do not mix with other oils, as physical or chemical reactions may occur between different lubricants, leading to a significant decrease in performance;

　　2. Cover it promptly after use to avoid the mixing of impurities such as moisture and dust;

　　3. When the operating temperature is within 100 ℃, nitrile rubber seals can be used. When the temperature is consistently high, it is recommended to use fluororubber or silicone rubber seals;

　　4. This product is not suitable for industrial paint. It is recommended to use epoxy resin or modified phenolic resin coating. The oil level gauge should be made of glass or polyamide material.

　　Heavy load gear oil can replace worm gear oil, medium load gear oil, and traditional heavy-duty gear oil, reducing the variety of oil used. Recommended for extruder gearboxes in the plastic industry, large gearboxes in the cement mining industry, gearboxes for heavy lifting equipment in ports, and large oil bath gearboxes in the steel industry.
