Hydraulic guide rail oil is the lubricating oil for guide rails, also known as (guide rail hydraulic oil), commonly used in mechanical equipment components made of high carbon steel and bearing steel materials. It can reduce wear and friction between machines, and has anti rust, anti-oxidation, lubrication, and adhesion effects. Guide rail oil is suitable for mechanical equipment with guide rail devices on its own or around it. Guide rail oil is also suitable for circulating lubrication of components such as bearings and gears.
Hydraulic guide rail oil is finely formulated by adding various additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-wear, anti rust, metal passivation, and anti foaming agents to deeply refined paraffin based base oil through scientific formula. Combining the performance of hydraulic oil and guide oil, it can minimize vibration or intermittent sliding (stick slip) of the machine tool at low speeds. The quality and performance meet the requirements of GB11181-2011L HG specification.
