      During operation, compressed air enters the upper chamber of the cylinder assembly through a two position four ventilation directional valve. The piston rod assembly moves downward, causing the pressure in the lower chamber of the injection cylinder to increase. Close one-way valve 2 and open one-way valve 1 to allow the slurry in the lower chamber of the injection cylinder to pass through one-way valve 1 and be output from the output port in the upper chamber of the injection cylinder; Until the piston touches the two position two-way motorized air valve below, control the two position four-way directional valve to change direction. High pressure air enters the lower chamber of the cylinder assembly, and the piston rod assembly moves upward. The pressure in the upper chamber of the injection cylinder increases, and one-way valve 1 closes. The slurry in the upper chamber is compressed and output from the output port. At the same time, the pressure in the lower chamber of the injection cylinder decreases. When the pressure drops to a certain value, one-way valve 2 opens, and the slurry is replenished to the lower chamber of the injection cylinder through the one-way valve under the action of the atmosphere. Until the piston touches the two position two-way motorized air valve on the upper side, the two position four-way motorized directional valve is controlled to change direction, and the piston rod assembly begins to move downward again, completing one working cycle.

      The ZBQ-8/10 mining pneumatic grouting pump uses compressed air as its power source. Due to the large area ratio between the cylinder and the grouting cylinder, a smaller air pressure can generate a larger grouting pressure in the grouting cylinder.

      1. Ensure that the gas source is free of excessive moisture and dirt, and that the gas source has a lubrication system. Optional oil injector provided by our factory.

      2. The gas source pipe should first be connected to the gas pipe, blow away any debris, and then reliably connected to the grouting pump.

      3. Firstly, immerse the inlet of the pump in clean water and slowly open the inlet ball valve to ensure that the grouting pipeline is unobstructed and there is no leakage at the sealing point.

      4. The slurry should be mixed evenly, without clumps, but not too thick. Timely clean the solidified materials at the corners and edges of the bucket to prevent them from falling into the slurry.

      5. Immerse the inlet of the pump into the slurry, slowly open the inlet ball valve, and gradually increase to the appropriate grouting speed.

      6. After the pump stops working, it should be immediately immersed in clean water for flushing, and the inlet ball valve should be slowly opened until the water discharged from the slurry pipe is completely clear

      7. After cutting off the gas source and drainage pipe, regularly remove the screws from the flange, extract the grouting cylinder, and thoroughly remove any remaining grouting material.

      9. Do not operate the pump at high speed with no load or light load to avoid damaging various moving parts.
