Putong/POTOP small precision high-temperature single screw extrusion mixing granulation line
The small single screw mixing and extrusion granulation line is mainly composed of a small precision single screw extruder, mesh belt cooling, and small precision granulator. The extrusion host is composed of a drive motor, gearbox, screw barrel, heating and cooling system, and PLC control system. Driven by servo motor, the screw speed control is precise, stable and reliable. Optional screen changer and melt pump to improve plasticizing effect. Mainly used for granulation experiments and production of materials such as rubber and engineering resins.
