    Shandong Huahuaye Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and seller of shock wave resistant valve doors and shock wave resistant close doors. The door frame of the shock wave resistant valve door is an unequal angle welded frame structure. The sealing method adopts a "9" shaped section rubber strip for sealing.

    The upper part of the anti shock wave valve leaf is equipped with three sets of ventilation valve devices, namely, three sets of 18 ventilation holes with a diameter of 122mm are opened on the bottom plate of the valve, and the outer part of the valve plate is equipped with a valve suspension plate that automatically opens at a 12 degree angle. The ventilation volume of each group of valves is 2000 cubic meters per hour, and the total ventilation volume is 6000 cubic meters per hour. The wind speed is designed at 8m/s. When in use, the number of ventilation valve groups can be determined according to the required air volume of the underground blasting material warehouse and the negative pressure value of the total return air duct. The opening angle of each group of valve suspension plates can be adjusted for fine adjustment to meet the optimal ventilation volume. Once an explosion occurs in the warehouse, the shock wave is attenuated and the residual pressure is greater than 20kPa. The valve suspension plate will be compressed and automatically closed within 3-8s, isolating it from the outside world and organizing the explosion to resist the impact and generate flames. Toxic gases will spread to the external roadway and be discharged through the main return air duct.

      1. Installation requirements:

      When installing the anti shock wave door, according to the installation method, it should be straight and flat after installation, and open flexibly. Then close the explosion-proof door, place the stopper on the fixed brackets on both sides of the door frame, and bury the door 10 centimeters below the outer door with sand or soil.

      2. Installation method:

      First, organize and measure the width and height of the roadway entrance to ensure that the explosion-proof door (including embedded parts) is fully installed.

      Place the two doors flat on the ground, organize the sealing rubber plate between the two doors, and secure them with bolts, ready for installation.

      Adjust the direction to ensure that the explosion-proof door can only open outward, and then firmly stand both doors at the wellhead.

      After adjustment, fix the overall door with wooden braces.

      Start building walls and fixing them according to the wellhead design.

      After the wall solidifies, close the explosion-proof door, place the blocking rod on the fixed brackets on both sides of the door frame, and bury the door 10 centimeters below the outer door with sand or soil. It can be used normally.

      Daily maintenance of shock wave resistant valve:

    Any areas where rust proof material has fallen off or been bumped off should be repaired at any time.

      If the sealing rubber strip is damaged or detached, it should be replaced or bonded in a timely manner. The replacement period for the sealing strip is about 2 years.

      If there is rust on the rotating part of the door pivot, it should be cleaned and re oiled.
