1、 Product Introduction
Fortron 1140L4 is a 40% glass reinforced grade and is currently the strongest and toughest product. It has excellent heat and chemical resistance, good electrical performance, and inherent flame retardancy. The high hardness and rigidity at high temperatures give it excellent load-bearing performance. Due to the moderate filling amount, this product has good welding performance. This level of product is mainly used for electronic components (such as tubes, lampshades, brush holders) and other components that require strength and corrosion resistance to chemicals (such as car heaters, pumps, valves, fuel rails, microwave oven rings, and distillation tower packaging).
PPS film can be formed and processed through various processes, including blown film method, cast film method, or stretching method. However, the commonly used production process abroad is biaxial stretching method, with a stretching temperature of about 80-120 ℃, a stretching ratio of about 2-6 times, and a setting temperature of 220 ℃. The production of PPS film resin is mainly composed of poly (p-phenylene sulfide), but in order to reduce the crystallization rate and facilitate processing, a certain amount of local phenylene sulfide or aromatic sulfide resin containing ether, biphenyl, naphthalene, sulfone and other main chain structures needs to be added.
PPS film is mainly used in insulation materials such as electrical appliances, capacitors, wire wrapping materials, and automotive parts such as vaporizer diaphragms in Europe, America, and Japan.
