　　1、 The fan does not rotate: 1. Not connected to the power supply - connected to the power supply; 2. Motor not working - check motor wiring or replace motor; 3. Damaged fan head - repair or replace the fan; 4. Foreign objects stuck in the fan - remove the foreign objects; 2、 Increased noise: 1. Dry lubrication of bearings - adding bearing grease; 2. Bearing damage - replace the bearing; 3. Impeller wear - replace impeller or pump head; 4. Loose or detached sturdy components - tighten the fasteners tightly; 5. There are foreign objects inside the fan - remove the foreign objects or replace the pump head. 3、 Increased vibration: 1. Bearing damage - replace the bearing; 2. Unbalanced impeller - remove foreign objects from the impeller or calibrate the dynamic and static balance; 3. Main shaft deformation - replace the main shaft or pump head. 4. Entering the turbulent zone in working state - adjusting the working state to avoid the turbulent zone; 5. The inlet and outlet filter screens are blocked - clean the filter screens. 4、 Temperature rise: 1. Excessive intake temperature - reduce intake temperature; 2.
