      How to maintain the use of high-pressure fans:

      1. Maintenance carried out when the pressure or flow rate of the air pump decreases

      When there is a decrease in pressure and flow rate, first cut off the power supply of the vortex air pump, check if there is anything blocking the air inlet, and inspect the air inlet filter screen. However, do not remove the filter screen, otherwise debris will be sucked into the air pump, causing damage. Secondly, if debris is found inside the machine, it may cause the rubber skin to press against the electromagnet, resulting in the electromagnet being unable to recover its position. At this point, you can open the outer shell of the vortex air pump and clean the internal debris. Drill a small hole in the rubber skin to eliminate the adsorption effect caused by negative pressure. The lack of phase or incorrect direction of operation of the motor is also a cause of such faults. At this time, the power supply should be checked and reconnected. If the motor burns out, it should be replaced with a motor of the same model. For single-phase motors, check whether the capacitor is intact and whether the wiring is correct.
