      2.1 Principle of HR8066 Static Level

      The HR8066 static level, which has been widely used in the industrial field, can be used to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors. Its working principle is that the pressure difference from the double-sided pressure pipes directly acts on the isolation diaphragms of the transmitter sensor, and is transmitted to the measuring element through the sealing liquid inside the diaphragm. The measuring element converts the measured pressure signal into the corresponding electrical signal and transmits it to the converter. After amplification and other processing, it becomes a standard electrical signal output, as shown in Figure 1.

      The measured value of the HR8066 static level is the pressure of the water head, and the sensor itself does not require a storage tank. Taking the HR8066 static level as an example, its specifications are greatly reduced compared to traditional static levels. The HR8066 static level has a large measurement range of 50 mm to 10000 mm (H2O), with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.075% and a resolution of ± 0.01%. When the height difference between each HR8066 static level is within 10cm, its measurement accuracy can reach ± 0.1 mm, which is comparable to the accuracy of traditional static levels. When the height difference is 1m, the measurement accuracy is ± 0.75mm and the resolution is ± 0.1mm, which can compensate for the small range of traditional static leveling instruments, make the design and installation of settlement monitoring systems more convenient, and have advantages in sections with large slope changes in the longitudinal section design of the line. The HR8066 static level is an industrial grade application product, with a long-term stability of ± 0.1% for 5 years. It can work continuously for 5 years without adjusting the zero point. Temperature and static pressure have little effect on it, and it can maintain high stability in high temperature and high pressure environments.

      2.2 System Design

      The settlement monitoring system based on HR8066 static level mainly consists of four parts: on-site monitoring equipment and sensor subsystem, data acquisition and transmission subsystem, monitoring center, and user subsystem, as shown in Figure 2.

      The monitoring equipment and sensor subsystem mainly consist of hardware devices such as HR8066 static level and collector arranged at the monitoring site; The main function of the data collection and transmission subsystem is to control the data collector, regularly collect corresponding data and transmit it to the monitoring center, and execute relevant commands; The monitoring center is the control center, data storage center, data processing, analysis and evaluation center, and monitoring and warning release center of the entire monitoring system; The user subsystem realizes real-time display of various data to users according to their needs, and accepts user control and input of the system. At the on-site collection end, the HR8066 static level measures the process pressure of the fluid, so a separate storage tank needs to be set up to ensure the pressure of the entire system. Set up a storage tank at one end of the system and connect it with the high-pressure end of each HR8066 static level using a connecting pipe to ensure that the liquid level in the storage tank is higher than the center position of all HR8066 static levels, as shown in Figure 3.

      When the monitoring section is long, in order to ensure the pressure of the entire system, liquid storage tanks can be installed at both ends of the system. The installation height difference between each monitoring point can be selected according to the measurement accuracy. To ensure that the monitoring accuracy is better than ± 1.0 mm, the height difference between monitoring points should not exceed 1 meter

      The liquid filled into the system is generally antifreeze. If pure water is used as the medium, preservatives should be added to the water to prevent the liquid from deteriorating. Pour the antifreeze into the storage tank, and then sequentially open the exhaust valve of the HR8066 static level from the remote end until the sensor monitoring data stabilizes. Measure the density of the filling liquid at the storage tank using a density meter as a parameter input, and convert it to obtain the height difference of each monitoring point relative to the liquid level in the storage tank.

      The HR8066/67 high-precision static level is suitable for monitoring vertical displacement or settlement deformation with high requirements, and can monitor liquid level changes up to 0.01mm. The instrument consists of a series of containers containing liquid level sensors, which are connected by liquid filled connecting pipes between multiple containers. The reference container is located at a stable reference point, and any elevation change between the container and the reference container will cause a corresponding change in the liquid level inside the container. The elevation change of the measuring point can be obtained by measuring the liquid level change.

      The HR8066/67 high-precision static level adopts pressure sensitive components of global quality. The static level product adopts a multi-point full range temperature compensation process of -20-60 ℃, which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, no drift, strong reliability, and easy installation. The sealed shell has good moisture resistance and can work continuously for a long time in a relative humidity environment.
