Description :
The HR8066/67 high-precision static level is suitable for monitoring vertical displacement or settlement deformation with high requirements, and can monitor liquid level changes up to 0.01mm. The instrument consists of a series of containers containing liquid level sensors, which are connected by liquid filled connecting pipes between multiple containers. The reference container is located at a stable reference point, and any elevation change between the container and the reference container will cause a corresponding change in the liquid level inside the container. The elevation change of the measuring point can be obtained by measuring the liquid level change.
The HR8066/67 high-precision static level adopts pressure sensitive components of global quality. (1) When installing measuring piers, pay attention to ensuring that the elevation of each pier is consistent. (2) Install the instrument base plate and bowl, fix the instrument bowl base plate on the stainless steel screw of the measuring point pier, then install the bowl body, adjust the height and fix it, and roughly adjust the level.
(3) Install connecting pipes, lay them in the order of the length of the pipeline path between each measuring point, and connect them to each bowl. The connecting pipes are fiber-reinforced PVC hoses, pay attention to straightening and straightening the pipes, calculate the optimal length, and try not to let the pipes go through bends or uphill and downhill in the middle to ensure smooth water flow. The joints between water pipes must be securely connected to prevent water leakage.
(4) Add liquid. This is a very important process and a key quality point for the entire system installation.

Distilled water that has been stored, if conditions do not allow, pure water can also be used, and a certain proportion of formaldehyde solution should be added to achieve anti-corrosion and sterilization effects. If the working environment temperature is below zero, antifreeze should be added. It is recommended to use antifreeze with a freezing point of -25 ℃ and mix it with water before pouring.
2) The selection of liquid addition method: The general principle is to inject liquid from the first measuring point, which can be added to the bowl body, and then flow into the subsequent measuring points in sequence. If the flow rate in the bowl body is too slow or the operation is inconvenient, liquid can be added from the water pipe inlet of the endpoint bowl body. When there are many measuring points, liquid can also be injected from the middle measuring point to both ends. After injecting an appropriate amount of liquid, open the ventilation ports of other measuring points. When adding liquid, attention should be paid to adding slowly, without interruption, and with sufficient water pressure.
3) Remove all air bubbles. Bubbles may be generated due to factors such as rapid water addition to the bowl, changes in air pressure when water flows through three-way or straight pipes, or uneven walls of water pipes, impurities, or incomplete soaking. The principle of low gas density can be used to manually remove bubbles, or valves can be used to circulate water and discharge water in sections to wash away bubbles. In addition, after injecting water or antifreeze, it is necessary to pour an appropriate amount of silicone oil onto the liquid level of each Shaanxi Hengrui HR8066 static level to prevent liquid water from evaporating.
(5) Install float, module, and measuring needle. Once the liquid addition is completed, the measurement module, light source, float, and measuring needle will be installed. Then, by observing the built-in horizontal bubble, the measurement module will be leveled and the light source will be adjusted

The liquid level height should be checked manually through the reading tube to determine whether the liquid level exceeds the range.
