      1: Product Introduction

      The suspended water level gauge is an instrument provided by our company for measuring water levels. It adopts a measuring ruler and wire integrated design, and is made of plastic for the entire project using a winding frame. It is easy to operate and provides an instrument for measuring water levels. It is usually used to measure the water level of wells, boreholes, and water level pipes, and is particularly suitable for observing the groundwater level in hydropower projects or manually inspecting the seepage line of the dam body of earth and rock dams.       4: Structural principle of suspended water level gauge

      The steel ruler water level gauge consists of a probe, steel ruler cable, receiving system, and winding reel.

      l、 Probe part: made of stainless steel, equipped with water resistance contact points inside. When the contact points touch the water surface, the receiving system will be connected. When the contact points leave the water surface, the receiving system will automatically shut down.

      2. Steel ruler cable section: The steel ruler and wire are combined using plastic technology, which not only prevents the steel ruler from rusting, but also simplifies the operation process, making measurement more convenient and accurate.

      3. Receiving system part: composed of an speaker and a peak indicator. The speaker emits continuous beeping sound from a buzzer, and the peak indicator is indicated by the voltmeter pointer. Both can be selected by toggling the switch. Regardless of the receiving system used, the reading accuracy is consistent.

      4. Winding reel part: composed of a winding disk and a bracket, the receiving system and battery are all placed inside the core cavity of the winding reel, and a steel ruler cable is wound outside the cavity.

      5: Use of suspended water level gauge

      When measuring, loosen the locking screw behind the winding reel, allow the winding reel to rotate freely, press the power button (the power indicator light is on), place the probe into the water pipe, hold the steel ruler cable in hand, and slowly move the probe downwards. When the contact point of the probe touches the water surface, the receiving system's speaker will emit a continuous buzzing sound. At this time, read out the depth dimension of the steel ruler cable at the pipe mouth, which is the distance between the groundwater level and the pipe mouth.

      If the buzzing sound cannot be heard when measuring in a noisy environment, peak indication can be used instead. Simply turn the selection switch on the instrument panel to the voltage level, and the measurement method is the same as above. At this time, the measurement accuracy is the same as that measured by the speaker.
