      1、 Product Introduction

      The HR7600 Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a high-precision and wide range Doppler ultrasonic flow meter independently developed by our company. The entire device is based on the "Doppler effect" and does not have rotating parts such as propellers or bearings. It uses ultrasonic technology to detect flow velocity, without friction or inertia. The measurement point is in front of the body and does not damage the flow field. It has high measurement accuracy, wide range, sensitive induction, linear flow measurement, is not afraid of sediment and floating debris, intuitive readings, easy operation, and is not easily damaged. The product complies with the SL/T186-1997 standard. Suitable for environments that require continuous measurement of flow rate and flux, it has significant advantages such as easy installation and maintenance, high reliability, and high accuracy.

      2、 Working principle of Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter and Doppler current meter manufacturer

      The product includes the following sensors: flow rate sensor, pressure type water level gauge sensor, water temperature sensor

      Flow velocity sensors are used to measure the speed of water flow. Pressure type water level gauges are used to measure water depth, while water temperature sensors are used to measure water temperature and compensate for sound velocity.

      By measuring the flow velocity, water level, and cross-sectional dimensions, the cross-sectional flow rate can be determined.

      In the ultrasonic Doppler flow measurement method, the ultrasonic transmitter is a fixed sound source, and the solid particles moving together with the fluid act as the "observer" with relative motion to the sound source. Of course, it only reflects the ultrasonic waves incident on the solid particles back to the receiver. The frequency difference between the emitted sound waves and the received sound waves is the Doppler frequency shift caused by the movement of solid particles in the fluid. Since this frequency difference is proportional to the fluid flow velocity, measuring the frequency difference can obtain the flow velocity and thus obtain the fluid flow rate. Therefore, it is suitable for measuring dirty water and slurry with high impurity content, such as urban sewage, sludge, etc.

      4、 Interface Description

      The HR7600 Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter and Doppler current meter probe are shielded by a 5-core cable.

      Red: VCC power input positive pole

      Black: GND power input negative pole

      Yellow: RS485 communication interface RS485-A

      Blue: RS485 communication interface RS485-B

      Tracheal tube: used for guiding air in internal pressure type water level gauges.

      1. The airway should be placed in a dry location and not in water, otherwise it may cause damage to the equipment.

      2. The color and corresponding pins are subject to the actual product, and there may be design changes without prior notice.

      3. Cable extension requires special connection devices and cannot be directly connected.

      5、 Installation method

      The installation method of HR7600 Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter Doppler flowmeter is shown in the following figure. During the installation process, it needs to be parallel to the direction of water flow and raised a certain distance to prevent silt from affecting the measurement.

      The probe should be installed downstream of the straight section of the channel with a fixed cross-section. The length of the straight section should be 15-20 times the hydraulic radius of the channel (the longer the straight section, the higher the measurement accuracy), and there should be no overcurrent obstacles (such as water gates, weirs, etc.) within this distance range to ensure the uniform and stable flow state of the water flow at the front end of the probe.
