      The Doppler open channel flowmeter adopts 4-core cable shielding.

      Red: VCC power input positive pole

      Black: GND power input negative pole

      Yellow: RS485 communication interface RS485-A

      Blue: RS485 communication interface RS485-B

      Tracheal tube (inside the cable): used for guiding internal pressure sensors.

      1. The air duct is inside the cable and should be placed in a dry and safe location. It cannot be placed in water, otherwise it may cause equipment damage.

      2. The color and corresponding pins are subject to the actual product, and there may be design changes without prior notice.

      3. Cable extension requires special connection devices and cannot be directly connected.

      The layout and main components of the Doppler open channel flowmeter are shown in Figures 5.1 and 5.2.

      Transmission probe - The ultrasonic transmission probe generates short pulse sound waves, with most of its energy concentrated in a narrow wave velocity (with a diameter of 20 millimeters).

      Receiving probe - The ultrasonic receiving probe is installed next to the transmitting probe. The receiving probe receives acoustic signals located at a fixed distance of 10 centimeters.

      Temperature sensor - The temperature sensor is installed inside the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter. Temperature data is used for sound speed compensation and real-time feedback of water temperature.

      Pressure sensor - The pressure sensor is installed inside the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter and provides real-time feedback on changes in water level at that time. Convert water level data and flow rate data into flow data for easy viewing by users. Note: The pressure sensor is a precision instrument, do not touch the surface of the pressure sensor with sharp objects.

      Communication cable - four core shielded cable, connected to controller communication, default length 20m.

      L-shaped bracket - helps secure the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter.

      Tracheal tube - used for pressure sensor pressure value comparison. Note: The airway tube cannot be bent, as bending may result in inaccurate readings of the pressure sensor and damage to the pressure sensor due to water ingress.
