　　Application principle of static level

　　In use, the pressure measuring chambers of multiple static level gauges are connected in series to the liquid level container through liquid pipes, measured by high-precision silicon crystal core sensors, transmitted to the signal acquisition system through RS485 signals, and transmitted to the signal acquisition system through signal changes in the pressure monitoring process. Through analysis and calculation, they synchronously change with the changes in pressure measurement, thereby measuring the pressure changes at each measuring point and analyzing the relative settlement height of the ground surface.

　　Main purpose of railway settlement monitoring

　　1. Obtain observation data on the load and natural settlement of the newly built 200-350km/h ballastless track subgrade.

　　2. By monitoring, obtain the true situation and deformation trend of settlement and deformation of different structures in the project.

　　3. By monitoring and understanding the dynamic changes in settlement during the compaction process of the roadbed, timely and reliable information can be provided for the later settlement, in order to evaluate the safety of the ballastless track foundation under load and natural settlement.

　　4. Provide forecasts for potential safety hazards in engineering, in order to take effective measures and prevent accidents from occurring.

　　Characteristics of static level:

　　1. Using organic glass tubes as storage containers, with good transparency, can intuitively reflect the height of the liquid level inside the container for easy visual inspection.

　　2. The upper and lower end covers are made of aluminum alloy material, with surface oxidation treatment, and are lightweight and rust resistant.

　　3. The sensor is made of all stainless steel and rusted, with a fully enclosed external structure and good waterproof performance.

　　4. The sensor installation adopts threaded connection fixation, without the need for other accessories, and is simple and reliable.

　　5. The upper cover or bottom plate is equipped with horizontal bubbles for easy installation and leveling of the instrument.

　　6. The installation bracket is equipped with 3 sets of adjustment bolts to form a 3-point support for the instrument base plate, which facilitates the installation and leveling of the instrument

　　7. The installation bracket is suitable for measuring piers and wall installations, without the need for additional accessories, and is easy and convenient to fix.

　　Principle of static level

　　In the system of static level, the vertical displacement of all measuring points is relative to one of the reference points, and the vertical displacement of that point is relatively constant or can be accurately determined in other ways, so as to calculate the settlement change of each measuring point in the static level system. Features: Linear measurement, position output, non-contact continuous measurement, wear and tear, protection level IP65. The sensor does not require recalibration or regular maintenance. It has multiple input/output options, including voltage and current analog signal output, as well as RS485 digital signal output. Compared with other level transmitters and level gauges, it has obvious advantages in simple and convenient installation.
