2、 Construction technology
To deal with thermal shrinkage cracks and some structural cracks below 10mm, it is necessary to ensure a minimum overlap width of 5mm on both sides of the cracks during the construction process.
Before construction, clean up the floating dust and debris on the surface of the cracks, and apply self-adhesive sealing tape (road adhesive tape) when the surface is dry. When pasting, hold the tape with one hand and pinch the self-adhesive adhesive tape (road band aid) with the thumb and index finger of the other hand. Apply slightly along the crack direction while ensuring that the excess width of the adhesive tape on both sides of the crack is consistent. After manual compaction, the isolation paper can be removed and traffic can be opened.
During construction, the surface temperature of asphalt pavement should be at 15 ℃, and the surface temperature of cement concrete pavement should be at 20 ℃.
