　　Anti cracking sticker (anti cracking sticker) is a waterproof and crack resistant membrane used for road repair work. Under normal circumstances, asphalt pavement will experience various deformations, damages, and other diseases after a period of use, among which cracks are the main disease and require significant maintenance of the road.

　　After cracks appear on the asphalt pavement, moisture-proof and crack resistant stickers are applied, and the pavement structure layer is soaked in water to reduce the pavement bearing capacity.

　　On the one hand, water reduces the adhesion of asphalt, leading to the peeling of asphalt from the surface of the aggregate; On the other hand, the free water in the cracks generates considerable dynamic water pressure under the action of driving loads, which flushes the fine materials in the base layer, forms slurry at the crack of the asphalt surface layer, causes the two sides of the road crack to break, crack prevention paste, and gradually leads to large-scale subsidence and damage of the road surface.

　　During the use of anti cracking stickers, they have a high tensile strength on the asphalt pavement surface. The anti cracking stickers around the edges can resist the tensile stress at the crack location, prevent the development of cracks, and serve as reinforcement, thereby enhancing the local tensile strength of the entire asphalt pavement. At the same time, the self-adhesive properties of anti cracking stickers make construction more convenient.

　　Construction technology of self-adhesive crack prevention sticker

　　1. According to the width of the road surface crack (joint), select the specifications of the anti crack sticker used. For cracks (joints) below 1mm-3mm, use at least 24cm anti crack sticker;

　　2. For cracks (joints) with a width of 3mm to 5mm or less, use crack resistant stickers with a minimum of 32cm.

　　3. For cracks (joints) with a width between 5mm and 19mm, apply anti crack stickers, clean them thoroughly, fill them with sealant, and then apply 48cm anti crack stickers to the joints.

　　4. Clean the cracks (joints) and sunken areas with a width of 19mm, fill and compact them with adhesive sand, sealant or asphalt mixture to the existing height, and then use 98cm crack resistant adhesive tape to stick the joints.

　　5. Cracks or potholes with a width exceeding 50mm should be cleaned first, then filled with adhesive sand or hot asphalt mixture and compacted to the existing height, and then sealed with 98cm crack resistant adhesive tape.

　　6. For cracks (joints) and sunken areas with different heights, leveling treatment should be carried out.
