(3) The outer layer of OPGW optical cable is made of aluminum clad steel structure, which has no effect on high-voltage corrosion and degradation.
1. Stainless steel tube optical unit: The stainless steel tube is made by winding and welding stainless steel strips, containing optical fibers and fiber paste. The outer surface of the steel tube is coated with a layer of anti-corrosion cable paste to prevent electrochemical corrosion.
2. Fiber optic: Fiber optic is identified by chromatography and color ring. Number of fiber cores per steel pipe: 24 ITU-TG.652 or G.655 fibers.
3. (Metal) wire: The optical unit is twisted with aluminum clad steel wire and aluminum alloy wire to form a cable, in order to meet the necessary strength and conductivity and further protect the optical fiber. Aluminum clad steel wire complies with the IEC1232 (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard (equivalent to GB/T17937-1999). Aluminum alloy wire complies with the IEC104 (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard (equivalent to JB/T8134-1997)
