Description :

It is a new generation of water tank product after fiberglass water tank. Its product is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate precision molded, with beautiful appearance and economic practicality. Compared with other water tanks, stainless steel water tanks have many advantages such as beautiful appearance, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, clean water quality, anti-seepage, earthquake resistance, no secondary pollution of water quality, easy installation, no need for maintenance, and easy cleaning. Common stainless steel water tanks include stainless steel fire water tanks, square combination water tanks, vertical circular water tanks, and horizontal circular water tanks. Using stainless steel plates such as SUS304, SUS316L, SUS444, etc., stamped and formed. Generally stamped into three sizes, namely 1x1 meters, 1x0.5 meters, and 0.5x0.5 meters, and welded with tungsten inert gas arc around, it has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, low cost, environmental protection and hygiene.
Installation steps for stainless steel water tank bottom plate:
1. First, place the bottom plate on the chassis according to the design requirements, check the position for accuracy, assemble and measure the diagonal tolerance (L × 1.5mm), and fix it.
2. Align the cross joint and the outer four sides and spot weld each weld joint separately.
3. Fix a weld seam every 50mm at the joint of the board.
4. Weld each joint on all four sides, then weld the cross joint. Weld from the position of the plate joint outward. To prevent uneven deformation, the length of one round of welding in the same direction should not exceed 300mm. After changing the direction, apply the corresponding welding method until the weld is completed. Strictly operate to prevent deformation.
5. Stand the bottom plate upright for kerosene leakage inspection.
6. Place the front of the bottom plate on the chassis, with the T-shaped joint around the bottom plate extending inward from the vertical seam of the bottom plate, and the seam welded into the bottom plate by about 50mm.
