      Non negative pressure water supply system is a new type of water supply method developed on the basis of traditional variable frequency constant pressure water supply system. It is not a simple combination of water pump, pipe fittings and valves, tank body and control cabinet, but a combination of mechanical and electrical components

      Based on the analysis of the working principle of existing non negative pressure water supply equipment in the market, the non negative pressure water supply system in China mainly consists of variable frequency speed regulation water pump units, steady flow compensators, vacuum suppressors, pressure and flow controllers

      It consists of sensors, preloading self balancers, control cabinets, filters, backflow preventers, and other equipment.

      

      According to the different principles of achieving non negative pressure function, it can be roughly divided into the following forms:

      (1) Control mode of steady current compensator and vacuum suppressor

      When the municipal water supply network is insufficient or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal water supply network, the vacuum suppressor opens and air enters the steady flow compensator, causing the originally closed compensator to become a cut-off water tank and suppressing negative pressure production

      Additionally, a liquid level control is installed in the steady flow compensator. When it falls below a low level, the water pump stops working.

      (2) Self controlled current limiting mode

      When the municipal water supply network is insufficient or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal water supply network, the feedback of pressure sensing signals is used to limit the frequency converter, so that the water pump does not take excessive water. When the municipal water supply network meets the requirements

      Request time, the system returns to normal.

      (3) Pressure control point method

      When the municipal water supply network is insufficient or the user's water consumption exceeds the supply capacity of the municipal water supply network, a variable flow constant pressure water supply pump is directly started. After the water supply meets the requirements, the system returns to normal.
