6s fiberglass shaker
It is one of the main equipment for gravity beneficiation, widely used for separating tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores. It can be used for different operations such as coarse selection, fine selection, and sweeping selection, to distinguish different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074). It can also be used to separate iron, manganese ore, and coal. When processing ores such as tungsten and tin, the effective recovery particle size range of the 6s fiberglass shaker is 2-0.22 millimeters.
The mineral selection process of a shaking table is carried out on an inclined bed surface with multiple bars. The ore particles are fed into the feeding trough at the upper corner of the bed surface, and horizontal flushing water is supplied by the feeding trough. Therefore, the ore particles are layered according to specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally and laterally along the inclined bed surface under the action of gravity, horizontal water flow, inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric motion of the bed surface. Therefore, mineral particles with different densities and particle sizes gradually flow down in a fan-shaped manner from side A to side B along their respective directions of motion After being discharged from different zones on the concentrate end and tailings side, it is divided into concentrate, intermediate ore, and tailings.
The 6s fiberglass shaker has a high ore concentration ratio, high sorting efficiency, easy supervision, and convenient stroke adjustment. Changing the lateral slope and stroke can still maintain the balance of bed operation. The spring is placed inside the box, which has a compact structure and can sequentially produce concentrate and tailings.
This shaking table is mainly composed of eight parts: the head of the bed, the electric motor, the slope adjuster, the bed surface, the ore tank, the water tank, the return bar, and the lubrication system.
The longitudinal reciprocating motion of the shaker surface is achieved through a crank connecting rod transmission mechanism. The electric motor drives the crankshaft to rotate through a belt drive, and the rocker moves up and down accordingly. When the rocker moves down, the elbow plate pushes the rear axle and reciprocating rod to move backward, and the spring is compressed. The bed surface is connected to the reciprocating rod through a linkage seat, so at this time, the bed surface also moves backwards. When the rocker moves upwards, the bed surface moves forward due to the tension of the spring.
During the forward movement of the 6s fiberglass shaker surface, the angle between the elbow plates changes from large to small, and the horizontal movement speed of the elbow plate endpoints changes from small to large. Therefore, the forward movement of the shaking table surface changes from slow to fast, while when the bed surface retreats, it changes from fast to slow, resulting in equal motion. This ensures that the materials on the bed surface move forward and are sorted by specific gravity.
The shape of the bed surface is a right angled trapezoid, and within the wooden frame, the wooden boards are arranged diagonally (at a 45 degree angle to the axis) to form a flat surface. The rocking bed surface is divided into two types: painted gray carved groove bed surface and rubber bed surface. The paint ash groove bed surface is used for separating fine mud, while the rubber bed surface is used for separating coarse ore. The shaking table used for selecting fine mud has a downward inclination of about 0.5 degrees along the longitudinal direction, while the shaking table used for separating coarse sand has a vertical inclination of 1-2 degrees and is raised at the concentrate end. The size of the longitudinal slope is adjusted by bolts on the supporting mechanism.
The shaking table surface is supported by a shaking support on the slope adjustment mechanism. Shake the support to make the bed surface move back and forth in an arc within a vertical plane. The shaking support is fixed on the adjustment seat plate with channel steel. When the adjustment seat plate is rotated on the saddle seat by adjusting the screw with a handwheel, the tilt angle of the 6s fiberglass shaker surface can be adjusted.
