　　Working principle of jaw crusher:

This crushes the material entering the crushing chamber composed of a fixed jaw plate, a movable jaw plate, and an edge guard plate, and discharges the finished material through the lower discharge port. The crushing method of this series of jaw crushers is the curved extrusion type. The electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, thereby pushing the moving jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is subjected to multiple crushing processes such as compression, rubbing, and grinding; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases, and the moving jaw plate separates from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber, and as the electric motor continues to rotate, the moving jaw of the crusher performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving mass production.
