The use of fiberglass spiral chute
1. The main process parameters affecting the selection of spiral chutes are the volume of ore body and the solubility of ore body. The stability of ore volume supervision is more important than the stability of ore concentration. Practice has proven that as long as the ore deposit volume remains constant and the ore concentration fluctuates within a certain working range, it has little effect on the selection results.
2. The selection process of spiral chute is stable and easy to control. The ore body volume is 1.2-1.8 cubic meters per head per hour for LL-900 and 2.5-3.5 cubic meters per head per hour for LL-1200 The size of the volume can change the distribution characteristics of minerals along the width of the spiral groove. It should be controlled and stable during the day, and the allowable fluctuation range should be less than ± 5. Generally, constant pressure feeding is used.
3. The allowable range of variation for ore concentration is relatively large, generally between 30 and 60, which needs to be determined through experiments. The concentration of coarse ore selection can generally range from 30 to 50, while the concentration of fine ore selection can be selected within the range of 40 to 60. When the selection effect is similar, it is advisable to choose a high concentration to increase the processing capacity of the equipment.
4. In order to ensure the normal operation of the fiberglass spiral chute, strict slag separation treatment should be carried out before feeding the slurry into the spiral chute to prevent large particles and debris from accumulating on the surface of the spiral chute and damaging the sorting.
5. Adjusting the position of the valve block on the product cutting slot can change the yield and grade of each product. The cutting width of each product needs to be determined through experiments, and the position of the valve block should not be changed arbitrarily once it is determined.
6. After feeding the ore into the spiral chute, attention should also be paid to whether the ore flow covers the entire spiral groove surface. If any outward phenomenon of the ore flow is found, it must be corrected by methods such as water flushing.
7. During operation, it is necessary to regularly check whether there is any accumulation on the spiral chute, and if any accumulation is found, it should be cleaned up in a timely manner. Each shift should be rinsed with water
