Diaphragm Jig Machine: Its equipment has simple process operation, large processing capacity, and can obtain concentrate or tailings in one separation, so it is widely used in the treatment of coarse and medium grained ores. It is suitable for selecting ores with large density differences, such as black ore, tin ore, iron ore, manganese ore, and road ore, as well as non-ferrous and black metal ores containing gold and rare metals.
Double bucket diaphragm jigs are divided into two types: left type jigs and right type jigs. This jig is a fixed sieve. Suitable for selecting metal ores, such as tungsten and gold bearing sand ores, selected tin ores, etc. It can be used for selecting fine-grained materials as well as coarse-grained materials, with a feed particle size of 6-8mm. However, in some cases of sand ore selection, the particle size is 12mm.
The structure of the LTS300 × 450 double bucket diaphragm jigs consists of the main parts such as the body, transmission device, water separator, diaphragm, and stopcock. The body has two sizes of jigs, each of which is divided into a jigs area and a diaphragm area by an endless partition. The shaking process is carried out by the agitation of the medium (water) caused by the up and down reciprocating motion of the rubber diaphragm. The electric motor drives the large leather wheel to rotate through a V-belt, causing the connecting rod on the eccentric shaft to move up and down, and the rocker arm connected to this connecting rod to also move up and down. There are also two connecting rods on the rocker arm connected to a rubber diaphragm, allowing the diaphragm to achieve up and down reciprocating motion for jumping.
According to the particle size of the processed ore, the stroke number of the connecting rod can be changed and different strokes can be selected to achieve the effect of jigging. The method to change the punching frequency is to replace the small pulley, which can have two punching frequencies: 322 times/minute; 420 times per minute. The stroke selection method includes loosening the set screw and nut, pulling out the locating pin, and rotating the relative position between the eccentric adjustment sleeve and the eccentric shaft. There are 11 different strokes available (0-25.3mm)
Due to the addition of a sieve on top of the working sieve, the diaphragm jigs can be used to process materials with uneven particle size. (Note: This sieve may not be supplied according to ordering requirements) After the selected raw ore is sent into the jig chamber, due to the agitation of the diaphragm, the ore particles are layered according to specific gravity in the medium; Fine and heavy mineral particles pass through the gaps and sieve holes of the artificial bed particles and settle in the ore storage of the jigs. The coarse and light mineral particles (minerals) in the upper layer are washed towards the discharge port at the end of the sieve by the medium flow. As the position of the rear jigs chamber is 50mm lower than that of the front jigs chamber, the light mineral particles overflow through the tail plate of the front chamber and enter the rear chamber, where they are subjected to jigs again. The height of the tail plate can be adjusted as needed to control the amount of ore discharged by the diaphragm jigs.
The concentrate in the storage hopper of the diaphragm jig is regularly discharged through the discharge pipe.
Diaphragm jigs are widely used for the separation of minerals such as gold, tin, tungsten, titanium, hematite, iron ore, coal, etc., especially in the field of manganese ore beneficiation.
