Description :

　　The structural device of the flotation machine is mainly composed of a slurry tank, a stirring device, an aeration device, a device for discharging mineralized bubbles, an electric motor, etc.

　　1. Slurry tank: It has a slurry inlet and a gate device for adjusting the slurry surface. It mainly consists of a tank body welded with steel plates and a gate welded with steel plates and round steel.

　　2. Mixing device: It is used to mix slurry and prevent mineral sand from settling in the tank. It mainly consists of a belt pulley, impeller, vertical shaft, etc. The impeller is made of wear-resistant rubber.

　　3. Inflator device: It consists of a duct inlet pipe. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure is generated in the impeller chamber, and air is sucked in through the hollow pump tube and dispersed in the slurry to form a group of bubbles. This slurry with a large number of bubbles is quickly thrown towards the stator by the rotational force of the impeller, further refining the bubbles in the slurry and eliminating the rotational motion of the slurry flow in the flotation tank, causing a large number of vertically rising microbubbles, providing necessary conditions for the flotation process.

　　4. Mineralized bubble elimination device: it scrapes out the foam floating on the tank surface, which is mainly composed of the motor driving the reducer and the reducer driving the scraper.

Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water, commonly known as hydrophilic particles, do not adhere to the bubbles and remain in the slurry, releasing mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, thus achieving the purpose of mineral processing.
