　　The 6-S shaker is one of the main equipment for gravity beneficiation, widely used for separating tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores. It can be used for different operations such as coarse selection, fine selection, and sweeping selection, to distinguish different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074). 　　The beneficiation process of the 6-S shaker is carried out on an inclined bed surface with multiple bars. The ore particles are fed into the feed trough at the upper corner of the bed surface, and horizontal flushing water is supplied by the feed trough. Therefore, the ore particles are layered according to specific gravity and particle size under the action of gravity, horizontal water flow, inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric motion of the bed surface, and move longitudinally and laterally along the inclined bed surface.
